Background
The journey begins with Local Sugar Beet Molasses, which we meticulously ferment, using a blend of 2 yeast strains, to produce a smooth, oily & rich base spirit. Following fermentation, we infuse the base with two unique ingredients—Buchu and Cascara. Buchu, a South African herb, delivers an earthy note laced with mint and blackcurrant, while Cascara, dried coffee cherry skins, provides a sweet hint tinged with cherry and rose. After infusion, distillation refines the spirit, resulting in a well-balanced aromatic blend.
Buchu & Cascara is a spirit—but more so an experience. Ideal for a home bar addition or a distinctive gift, we're confident it will leave a memorable impression. Perfect to sip neat or at the heart of a cocktail.
